Leonardo S.p.A. in Torino (C.so Francia) is seeking a Project Control Manager to lead a team responsible for robust control systems and performance analysis.

The role collaborates with the Control Account Owner to ensure effective communication of progress and project status, including hands-on guidance and training on control mechanisms. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in project control, with PMP/PRINCE2/APM certifications and strong knowledge of Primavera and Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM.
• Leadership experience with team mentoring and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep knowledge of project control systems for large projects.
• 5–10 years proven experience in the role.
• Proficiency with Office tools and project management software (Office, Primavera, Power BI).

• Lead a team that supports and maintains robust project control systems.
• Oversee and coordinate project control specialists with the Control Account Owner.
• Provide guidance, training and tools on project control mechanisms.
• Ensure effective analysis and communication of progress and performance data.
