Open Executive Search & Selection - Milan & London is representing an Italian multinational in Milan who seeks a Head of Procurement to lead the division, manage buyers for ingredients, packaging and indirects, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver results. The role includes shaping strategy, governance and supplier partnerships in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

12+ years of procurement experience in international consumer goods businesses.
Strong experience in sourcing food ingredients or raw materials.
Experience in sourcing packaging and indirects is a plus.
Effective negotiator and well-rounded buyer.
Knowledge of best-in-class procurement approaches and processes.
Experience in matrix/functional organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable with change and capability-building.
