Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  2. Amazon Platform Leadership: Drive brand presence, sales growth, and market share on Amazon through optimized product listings, sponsored ads, brand store management, and Amazon‑specific promotional strategies.
  3. Brand Management: Build and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation across all channels, including Amazon. Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touch points.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
  5. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across Amazon, digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising. Optimize campaigns based on data‑driven insights to maximize ROI.
  6. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and media to expand brand reach and visibility in Italy, including Amazon‑related ecosystem partners.
