• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled transformation in operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Intermediary Assistance, Technical Accounting and Claims.
• Design and implement an operating framework focused on efficiency, scalability and quality.
• Monitor performance, set priorities and deliver company objectives with team leaders.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and people development for high-performing teams.
• Lead business transformation projects from business case to delivery and report impact.
