As Head of Innovation, you will lead the identification, validation, and scaling of new business opportunities—primarily in B2C but with openness to strategic B2B initiatives. You will combine a visionary mindset with hands‑on execution , building innovation pipelines and also contributing to commercial results through partnerships and client development.

You will design and test scalable, tech‑enabled business models and support go‑to‑market execution. You will work across functions—especially product, content, sales, and marketing—and align closely with senior leadership to drive growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of business growth opportunities aligned with Sanoma Learning Italy’s strategy

RTW Product Development and Sourcing Manager
Product Development & Prototyping

Oversee all product development and prototyping activities, translating design concepts into high‑quality, production‑ready products.

Implement and monitor seasonal development critical paths, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met across categories and internal departments.

For our Italian plant in Baranzate (MI) , which specialises in the production of oral solids, we are looking for an experienced and qualified professional to fill the position of Head of Manufacturing within the Production, Pharma Maintenance & Transfer department, reporting directly to the Head of Production .

This role is responsible for leading operations within our Solid Oral Dosage Forms department, ensuring the efficient, compliant, high‑quality and timely production of tablets, capsules, and other solid oral pharmaceutical products, as well as overseeing the successful transfer of new products into manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily manufacturing activities for solid oral dosage forms, ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards
  • Lead and manage a team of shift supervisors and MFG operators to meet production targets
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimise processes and resolve operational issues

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group CFO , the Head of IT will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the company’s IT infrastructures and core business platforms, with a particular focus on the SAP ERP system and the information systems supporting Operations and Manufacturing , which have recently been the subject of significant investments.

The professional will coordinate the Group IT team, overseeing system maintenance, continuous improvement, and user support, with the goal of ensuring business continuity and maximizing the efficiency of corporate and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including networks, systems, data centres, workstations, telephony, and collaboration tools.
  • Oversee and maintain the SAP ERP system and the IT systems supporting Operations and Manufacturing , ensuring user support and system enhancements aligned with business and production needs.

Head of Internal Audit

RDM Group is looking for a Head of Internal Audit based in the HQ in Milan.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, he/she will be responsible for verifying the adequacy, operation and functionality of company processes at group level . The aim will be to propose plans and methods for managing and containing risks , with the goal of continuously improving business processes in line with legislative and organisational developments.

Accountabilities
  • Definition and updating of the risk‑based audit plan (in coordination with the Group ERM manager)
  • Implementing operational/financial/compliance audits in the Group Companies, using, where necessary, the support of second‑level control structures (IMS, Group HSE & Loss Prevention Manager, ERM Manager, etc.).
  • Continuously monitoring the highlighted recommendations with a resolution goal, within the agreed timeframe (follow up on action plans)

Requirements
  • University degree in Economics, Law or similar culture;
  • At least 10 years of experience in the role , with past experience in advisory/auditing firms;
  • English is a must! Another Group language is a preferred (French, Spanish, German, Dutch);
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing process and related training and tools for analysing data within financial statements to verify proper application of procedures and legal requirements;
  • Knowledge of regulations, rules and procedures for compliance in the group leader;
  • Ability to identify and liaise with partners/consultants in other group companies in order to comply with local regulatory requirements;
  • Ability to assess the suitability of the internal control system in place to manage and mitigate risks;
  • Ability to propose remediation plans to management for process optimisation and risk containment;
