We’re looking for a Head of Growth to take full ownership of our growth engine. This role combines strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across paid acquisition, product‑led growth (PLG), SEO, and analytics.

Location

This is a fully remote position. We’re hiring candidates within European time zones (GMT to GMT+3) to ensure smooth collaboration with our distributed team.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full growth roadmap: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Build and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Collaborate with Product on referral loops, onboarding, and in‑app growth levers.
  • Define and track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, MRR expansion).
  • Run A/B tests and data‑driven experiments to optimize performance.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing growth team across paid, content, and ops.
What We’re Looking For
  • Growth or marketing leadership experience in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record scaling go‑to‑market efforts from mid‑market to enterprise.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, PLG, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Cometly, Hyros.
  • Strong analytical mindset and hands‑on execution style.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and fast‑paced environment experience.
