A healthtech startup in Torino is seeking a Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels. The role requires hands-on execution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Competitive salary of €35,000 to €50,000 with a focus on equity and team growth opportunities. The work model is hybrid, allowing for flexibility while aiming to significantly improve patient care access.
We are a healthtech startup that makes diagnosis and treatment more accessible for undertreated symptoms.
We do this by partnering with doctors and pharmacies who are driven by the urgency to improve patients’ wellbeing. We started by addressing male health symptoms and aim to expand into female health.
Our objective is to become the reference player in Southern Europe over the next few years, starting from Italy, where we are currently the only company operating in this specific space.
We validated our first symptom, we are already on the market with 450+ paying patients and have a payback period of 3 months.
We have €150.000 in the bank, which allows us to keep working and moving towards our 2026 goals.
An experienced and highly motivated full-time Head of Growth to lead and structure our customer acquisition. You will be responsible for setting objectives, defining strategy, and implementing the tactics to reach them.
You will be very hands-on. We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and able to execute : you will set up and run the campaigns, and build the first processes yourself.
Until we close the Seed round, you will be the main, and only, person working on marketing and acquisition. After that, you’ll be able to hire and manage someone in your team.
