In this position, you set and lead global planning strategy and governance across demand, supply, inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). You ensure accurate forecasting, optimized inventory, and strong alignment with business strategy and customer expectations by driving process standardization and enabling advanced analytics.
The location for this position is globally flexible, preferably close to one of our sites – such as Fagersta & Stockholm (Sweden), Guanzate (Italy), Pune (India), Bourges & Bouxwiller (France), Lottum (Netherlands), Ciechanow (Poland) or Reynoldsville (US).
We’re looking for a senior leader with a solid track record in global supply chain management within a multinational, matrix organization, covering end-to-end processes such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP/S&OE. You have led planning strategies across complex, multi-region environments and are skilled in process standardization. You’re familiar with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced analytics, using data-driven insights to guide decisions. Experience in change management, such as implementing new advanced planning systems or harmonizing global processes, is a strong advantage. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English.
