Interim Head of FP&A / Controlling

Finatal is partnering with a mid‑market European private equity firm on a first‑time take‑private transaction of a €400m turnover industrial group. The transaction is expected to close soon and a strong interim FP&A/Controlling leader is required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with European and regional teams to consolidate data from existing systems for monthly board packs and reporting.
• Managing extensive Excel work and interacting with various ERP systems for data collection.
• Engaging stakeholders across Europe to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working in private‑equity‑backed businesses.
