Brand Narrative Lead – Conte Diamonds

Conte Diamonds is a leading jeweller where quality, design and value guide every choice. We are in a crucial phase of evolution, strengthening brand positioning, launching new lines and defining distinctive communication.

We seek a senior professional to take charge of the brand narrative. This is not an executive social media manager, but a content strategist capable of transforming product values and aesthetics into a narrative that generates desire and relationship.

Responsibilities

• Define and safeguard the narrative architecture of Conte Diamonds, developing a proprietary Tone of Voice.
• Design and manage the omnichannel editorial plan (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Blog, Newsletter), aligning always‑on content flows with launch peaks and physical events.
• Develop creative concepts for collections and take production of assets (copywriting, video reel, photo, teaser) ensuring high aesthetic output.
• Preside daily on channels and interactions (comments, DM), turning customer care into a loyalty experience consistent with luxury elegance.
• Monitor KPIs (engagement, growth, sentiment) and interpret insights to refine strategy in real time, aligning with commercial objectives.
