A leading technology company is seeking a Head of Business to drive the commercial success of its solutions in Italy. This role includes leading a high-performing sales team, executing a go-to-market strategy, and ensuring strong customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales within a tech environment and must be an effective communicator in both local and English. The position is based in either Milano or Brugine-Padova and offers an opportunity to influence the local market landscape.

KIONA— part of the CAREL Group — is looking for an Head of Business responsible for driving the commercial success of Kiona’s solutions in the local market, to join our CAREL Italy team. He / she lead the execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring strong customer engagement, partner activation, and revenue growth. His / Her focus is on operational sales leadership—building and managing a high-performing sales team, executing local sales plans, and ensuring pipeline health and conversion.

He / she is also the senior representative in the country, which means he / she serve as the office manager, contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture that aligns with Kiona’s values.

Location : Milano or Brugine- Padova

Responsibilities
  • Execute the country-specific GTM plan in alignment with the central strategy.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy and forecasting discipline.
  • Drive partner engagement and activation in the local ecosystem following our Partner Program.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Participate in tender processes and support pricing discussions within defined frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and market feedback.
  • Represent Kiona in the local market, including customer meetings, events, and partner forums.
  • Secure a good work environment in the office. Enable a collaborative and engaging office environment.
