Tasks

We are looking for a Head of AEO/ GEO/ SEO to own and scale our organic growth engine across traditional search, AI mode, and LLMs.

As the Head of AEO/ GEO/ SEO (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:

  • Define and lead our end‑to‑end organic acquisition strategy (Search Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Conducting keyword and AEO/GEO optimization to boost visibility, rankings, and organic traffic, and report on performance regularly.
  • Develop a programmatic approach to content marketing using modern AI tools.
  • Ensure all content is search‑optimized, conversion‑oriented, and aligned with brand and messaging.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3‑5+ years of SEO and 1+ years in AEO/ GEO
  • Impact: Proven track record of driving material pipeline and revenue from organic channels in B2B SaaS or a similar environment.
  • Execution: Demonstrated experience with both strategic ownership and hands‑on execution.
  • Scalability: Experience building programmatic content frameworks and marketing programs.
  • RevOps & GTM fluency: Deep understanding of our audience targeting RevOps, sales, and customer success.
  • Data‑driven methodology: Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to derive strategic insights from complex datasets, build business cases using data, and optimize campaigns based on funnel metrics and conversion analytics.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English.
