  • Defining interface requirements between hardware subsystems and hardware units.
  • Developing detailed hardware unit requirements for specialist hardware engineering teams.
  • Participating in design teams, promoting a concurrent engineering approach throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating external resources (research institutes, universities, specialized companies both in Italy and abroad), defining the scope of supply and ensuring technical and schedule compliance.
  • Monitoring hardware engineering process indicators related to hardware specification activities.
  • Using requirements management tools and model-based system engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
Who We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications or similar).

  • Strong Italian and English skills.
  • Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn.
Core Skills

  • Solid background in system engineering.
  • Knowledge of MIL standards for military equipment design, industrial best-practice standards and IEC regulations.
  • Understanding of technologies and processes associated with hardware development, aligned with design-to-cost, time-to-market and industrialization objectives.
  • Ability to manage and investigate activities requiring cross-disciplinary knowledge.
  • Strong predisposition for hardware development project management, including detailed planning.
  • knowledge of requirements capture tools and architectural definition methodologies. Strong team working, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with international defence standards.
  • Familiarity with MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, Capella).
What We Offer
  • Salary range: 48k€-58k€, based on experience.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Growth paths toward System Lead or Technical Specialist.
  • A young, technical, collaborative environment.
