Responsibilities

• Perform detailed failure analyses to determine the cause of product, component or system failures.
• Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of issues.
• Implement tests to replicate failure modes and validate corrective actions.
• Make proposals for corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation of failures and their corresponding analyses.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to implement process and product improvements.
• Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze failure data and trends.
• Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with failure analysis techniques such as FMEA, 8D or RCA.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Experience in power electronics development and/or failure analysis is a plus.
