We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with a solid technical background and a passion for leading people in a Product Engineering environment.
In this hybrid role, you will l ead a cross‑functional product team focused on user engagement, a central area of our platform that connects people, drives interactions and adds value to millions of users.
You will spend most of your time enabling the team to succeed: guiding engineers, improving ways of working, removing blockers, and shaping the technical direction of the product together with Product and Design. You’ll also stay hands‑on, contributing to the codebase in your area of expertise (web or backend).
For each working day, you will be eligible for a €8 meal voucher. You will receive 250 euros on the welfare platform after the birth of your child
