Job summary

Teamtailor's client, a leading Nordic hairdressing chain, is hiring a hairdresser willing to relocate. The role requires strong craft, at least 1 year of experience, and English communication in an international setting. A Nordic salary is offered and relocation support is provided.

Working with a diverse team, you will perform cuts, assist clients, and promote hair care products, with a 37-hour week and overtime paid. Flight coverage and D-number assistance are included for relocation.

• Basic digital skills for appointment management and communications.

Requirements:

Benefits:

• Competitive salary structure: We offer a salary structure that recognizes and values the experience of our hairdressers. Starting salary is €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses will be added based on performance, overtime, and product sales. For candidates with more experience, salary increases accordingly.
• Schedule & flexibility: Enjoy a 37-hour work week with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month. All overtime hours are paid.
