About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant / Luggage Porter to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milan, Italy!

What You Will Do
  • Report into the Guest Services Manager.
  • Provide guest transport and greet guests, assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
  • Manage errands including deliveries and collections from guest rooms during their stay.
  • Transport hotel packages and parcels.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
  • Assist guests at the Front of House Desk.
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to ensure guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Schedule & Hours

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed‑term contract. The work schedule requires coverage 24/7 based on 8‑hour shifts. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
