A leading luxury hotel chain in Taormina is seeking a full-time guest services team member. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with luggage, managing errands, and ensuring excellent service standards. Ideal candidates have experience in luxury hospitality, fluency in Italian and English, and a keen eye for detail. This seasonal position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Reporting into the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for guest transport, greeting guests and assisting guests with their luggage during arrival and departure, managing errands including deliveries and collections from guest rooms during their stay, managing the transport of hotel packages and parcels, ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room, assisting guests at the Concierge Desk, and responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
