Your role is to create every day a sense of trust, warmth, and belonging — blending the professionalism of hospitality with the sensitivity of someone who knows how to listen and make each person feel seen and valued.
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for human connection and a natural ability to care — with presence, attention, and respect.
Previous experience in hospitality or personal care is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities: 1) resident relations - Listen with empathy, offer support, and build trusting relationships while always respecting each individual’s privacy. - Engage residents in daily community activities, accompanying them with enthusiasm and presence. - Prevent loneliness and isolation: share time with residents, encourage interaction, and nurture new friendships. - Promote and accompany each resident on their journey of longevity and wellbeing, in collaboration with the Wellness Manager. - Gently motivate participation in community life and help each resident contribute to its vitality and authenticity. 2) operational excellence - Manage and organize residents’ requests: bookings, travel, medical appointments, deliveries, purchases, and administrative tasks. - Coordinate home assistance (without providing it directly) together with the Wellness Manager. - Act as the main point of contact for families and monitor residents’ wellbeing daily. - Supervise visits from family members, friends, and personal assistants, ensuring respect and order at all times. - Guarantee accuracy and timeliness in administrative processes (pre‑bills, invoices, payments). - Interact regularly with residents to collect feedback and suggest improvements: every signal is an opportunity to grow and deliver an extraordinary service. 3) team work - Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment. - Share insights and feedback openly with the leadership team to continuously enhance the resident experience and service quality. 4) compliance and standards - Ensure full compliance with all legal, safety, and brand standards. - Always operate in line with the values and philosophy of The Guild Way, where genuine relationships and care are integral parts of operational excellence. Requirements - Experience: 3–5 years in similar roles within hospitality or senior living environments. - Languages: Fluent in Italian with good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus. - Empathy: Strong listening skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make others feel well and happy. - Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the senior living sector and a desire to help redefine what it means to live well at every age.
