In the role of Guest Relation Manager at Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, you will be a key leader in delivering personalized service. You will lead the Guest Relations team, ensuring all guests, especially VIPs, feel recognized and exceptionally cared for throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, training, and motivating the Guest Relation Agents.
  • Overseeing all VIP arrival, in‑house, and departure protocols.
  • Managing the daily operations of the Guest Relations desk and hotel lobby presence.
  • Analyzing guest feedback and proactively addressing any service gaps.
  • Resolving complex guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining and updating guest profiles with preferences to ensure personalization.
  • Liaising with all department heads to coordinate guest requests and ensure flawless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Guest Relations management or supervisory role within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build instant rapport.
  • A passion for service and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS and guest feedback systems.
