About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on, and results‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to help grow our Testing Services in EMEA. You’ll own campaign planning and execution, driving demand, pipeline, and market impact across the region.

This is a remote role based in Bulgaria or Romania, with occasional travel to collaborate with European teams. Fluent English is required; a second language is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
Demand Generation & Lead Growth

Drive warm lead and MQL generation for the BDR and Sales teams across EMEA. Design and execute data‑driven growth strategies to expand our sales pipeline and accelerate revenue. Build, test, and scale multi‑channel acquisition programs across digital, paid, and partner channels.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Champion a culture of curiosity and innovation — constantly exploring new tools, channels, and AI‑driven tactics to stay ahead of market trends. Foster a test‑and‑learn mindset across the team, using insights from experiments to inspire fresh approaches and breakthrough growth. Drive continuous improvement through bold, data‑informed innovation that accelerates FoodChain ID’s market impact.

Performance Optimization & Experimentation

Own the growth testing roadmap, managing structured A / B and multivariate tests across campaigns, landing pages, and lead funnels. Analyze performance metrics, audience behaviors, and conversion data to inform decisions. Apply data insights to refine targeting, creative, and user journeys — continuously increasing campaign efficiency and ROI.

Growth Strategy & Market Insight

Stay on the pulse of the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Evaluate and introduce new platforms or tactics to enhance efficiency and ROI. Partner with the Product Marketing team to align growth initiatives with market positioning and go‑to‑market priorities.

Marketing Automation & Analytics

Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack and CRM workflows to ensure seamless lead nurturing and tracking. Monitor campaign performance and funnel metrics to inform decision‑making and forecasting. Use analytics to translate results into actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus) 3+ years’ experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a service business Fluently English speaker; second language is a plus Proven track record in launching products and creating regional market demand Excellent communication skills and project management abilities Experience working in a matrixed, global environment Experience with the following tools : Salesforce, PowerBI, WordPress, ChatGPT
