Our client is bringing their mission‑driven, high‑growth e‑commerce business to Milan – and they’re looking for a commercial and creative Growth Manager to drive results from day one. You’ll shape go‑to‑market strategy, manage multi‑million Euro marketing budgets, and start building your own local team. Backed by the success of their UK, German and Dutch operations.

This hire will turn an exciting brand story into measurable growth across Italy.

Role highlights
  • Design and execute Italy’s full marketing strategy alongside the Country Manager
  • Lead customer acquisition via Paid Search, Paid Social, and new channels
  • Own and optimise KPIs: CPA, conversion, LTV, and retention
  • Localise the customer journey with market‑specific insights and tone
  • Analyse performance and adjust direction using robust data‑led insight
Ideal experience
  • Have deep experience managing €3m+ marketing budgets at scale
  • Know Paid Search, Paid Social & SEO
  • Bring hands‑on team leadership and a proven record in e‑commerce growth
  • Be fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Combine analytical rigour with startup‑level agility and ambition
