Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for early-stage ventures
- Design, test, and scale marketing experiments across content, paid ads, social, and more
- Collaborate on defining and hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to traction, engagement, and growth
- Use data to double down on what works, cut what doesn’t, and keep momentum high
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and output across marketing workflows
- Adapt messaging and tactics based on venture stage and audience feedback
- Collaborate with founders, designers, and product leads to align growth with vision
- Rapidly learn new tools, platforms, and approaches as needed
Ideal Profile
- Has a strong track record of growth marketing leadership—bonus for startup, product launch, or venture studio experience
- Can provide case studies or examples of past growth wins and measurable outcomes
- Works comfortably against KPIs and uses metrics to guide decisions
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and highly self-directed
Think in experiments and data, not dogma
- Communicates clearly and works cross-functionally with technical and creative teams
- Is curious about AI and actively tests new tools to work smarter
- Leaves ego at the door—values impact over attribution
- Thrives in early-stage chaos and jumps in where needed
