Medtronic in Italy seeks a Marketing Lead for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health to drive market development and therapy adoption across indirect markets in the Middle East, Iran, and Central Asia.

You will collaborate with sales, upstream marketing, clinical, and market access teams to execute regional growth strategies and educate customers, blending analytics, digital initiatives, and cross-functional execution to expand access to advanced therapies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years total sales and marketing experience in healthcare/medical devices.
• Experience collaborating across commercial, clinical, and marketing functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience in Gulf Region or similar multi-country environment preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex market data into actionable commercial strategies.
