This role requires defining and executing growth strategies for AI products, managing acquisition channels, and directly contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in growth marketing and a strong analytical mindset. No initial fixed salary is provided, but a success fee and share plan are available.

Competenze

• Proven experience in growth marketing, business development, or sales for tech, SaaS, or creative AI solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results.
• Fluency in English; Italian and/or German are a plus.
• Familiarity with early-stage environments and performance-based structures.
