Group Leadership Training Specialist - Maternity Cover

Within the Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Leadership Training team, to support the design and delivery of learning and development programs for people managers of the Group, in alignment with Generali People Strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Taking active part in the brainstorming for the design of the content and format for the programs
  • Taking active part in the engagement of relevant stakeholders and in the management of the international network of external partners
  • Organizing the structure of the events, e.g. meetings, workshops, virtual events and manage invitations
  • Preparing presentations and documents
  • Defining the communication plan of the initiatives
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Economics or any related field
  • At least one year of working experience in a learning & development or talent department team
  • Excellent use of MS Office package
