Kanadevia Inova in Milano, Italy, seeks a Group Leader for Mechanical Engineering Equipment & Packages. You will lead a multidisciplinary E&P engineering team, guiding technical and disciplinary work and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes recruitment and growth of engineers, development of guidelines and standards, and oversight of third-party equipment and package specifications within an international context.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience as E&P engineer for an EPC contractor.
• 3+ years as Group Leader.
• Independence in specifying and managing 3rd party designed equipment & packages.
• Project execution background with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas.

Mansioni

• Carries out operational activities as an E&P engineer on projects and supports E&P Engineering Manager in coordinating Mechanical Engineers group.
• Ensures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Reviews technical documentation (TSD, TCC, Vendor documents) and oversees workload distribution.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding and growth of E&P Engineers.
• Contributes to creating guidelines, specifications, and internal directives.
