Your Impact
  • Manage the department ensuring efficiency and optimal use of resources.
  • Apply company regulations and directives, coordinating and developing assigned personnel to foster professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and accident prevention, interfacing with other departments (logistics, quality, production engineering) to meet production needs.
  • Promote continuous improvement and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions.
Your Experience And Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in technical disciplines (preferably mechanical or industrial).
  • 1–2 years of experience in Team Leader or similar roles, preferably in mechanical component assembly companies.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to manage operational issues.
