Opdenergy cerca un Grid Connection Engineer per supportare progetti in Italia. Gestirà l'intero processo di connessione alla rete, interfacciandosi con distributori e Terna, e collaborerà con i team legali, permessi e gestione progetti.

Requisiti: laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, 2–3 anni in connessioni per rinnovabili, HV e conoscenza normativa italiana; inglese. Offriamo modello ibrido/remoto, contratto indeterminato, crescita professionale e formazione, buoni pasto.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o equivalente.
• 2–3 anni di esperienza in connessioni elettriche per impianti rinnovabili.
• Madre HV e linee di collegamento verifica.
• Conoscenza del processo di connessione in Italia (TICA).
• Buona lettura di schemi elettrici e disegni di progetto.
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel/Office.

Mansioni

• Gestione dell'intero processo di connessione in rete con operatori (e-distribuzione, Terna).
• Redazione e presentazione di domande di connessione HV/MV.
• Analisi di esiti tecnici e verifica di fattibilità.
• Supporto in sviluppo e permessi, con focus su aspetti elettrici.
• Coordinamento con legale, permessi e project management.
• Stima costi e pianificazione attività di interconnessione.
• Cooperazione con progettisti e supervisione cantieri.

Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,9 operational and + 0,7 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

We are seeking an Grid Connection Engineer to support our ongoing and future projects in Italy.

What will you help with?

• Management of the entire grid connection process, including communication with grid operators (e-distribuzione, Terna, etc.);
• Drafting and submission of medium and high voltage grid connection applications;
• Analysis of technical outcomes (STMG/STMD) and verification of technical feasibility;
• Support during the development and permitting phases of projects, with a focus on electrical aspects;
• Collaboration with legal, permitting, and project management teams;
• Estimating costs and scheduling activities related to grid interconnection works;
• Coordination with designers and support in designing connection-side systems;
• Support in preparing tender processes for grid interconnection works, including defining the scope of work, reviewing bids, and selecting contractors;
• Evaluation of offers and follow-up during the tendering process;
• Support in preparing contracts to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with OPDENERGY’s requirements;
• Management and supervision of engineering and construction activities related to grid connection works, in coordination with Project Managers and Site Engineers;
• Participation in key phases of commissioning;
• Performing site surveys and audits during construction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 2–3 years of previous experience in the field of electrical connections for renewable energy plants;
• Proven experience in the construction of HV substations;
• Proven experience in the construction of grid works with E-distribuzione;
• Knowledge of the Italian Grid Connection Process (and TICA);
• Excellent knowledge of the technical regulations for grid connection in Italy and processes with Terna and local distributors;
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, project drawings, and technical documentation;
• Good knowledge of electrical design software and Microsoft Office package;
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and a strong team-working attitude;
• Written and spoken English proficiency. Spanish is a Plus

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Engineering is considered an advantage;
• Experience in the construction of renewable energy plants (solar, wind & batteries) is considered an advantage.
