Green Building Specialist and Sustainability Consultant

Job Responsibility :

The candidate must be able to design and manage strategic innovation programs and do coaching / advisory work with innovative leaders, with a focus on sharing best practices and sustainability approaches linked to green building practices.

Qualifications :

We seek a young, self–propelled, visionary and pragmatic person, demonstrating exceptional motivation, passion, character, competence, courage, ecological and social intelligence, entrepreneurship, at ease when working with top management levels, independent, able to work in teams, curious, flexible, able to solve problems, challenges leveraging a sustainability perspective, with excellent communication skills with multiple tools and styles (verbal, written, new technologies) + quantitative, analytical, project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, are needed.

Mandatory academic background : technical degree in building / civil engineering or architecture and similar, with specific academic background on sustainability.

Knowledge and experience related to green building certifications such as LEED, BREAM, WELL etc., are considered a mandatory asset.

The focus of our work is radical innovation driven by sustainability principles, and we are ready to provide the training opportunities to develop the specific competence in a rapidly evolving field.

If you encompass most or all these characteristics, and furthermore you have already earned at least two years of experience in strategic advisory on climate–related programs developing or similar but do not consider yourself a classic ‘consultant’ (we look for paradigm shifters rather than the ‘status–quo optimizers’), please respond immediately.
