Reply is seeking a GRC Specialist to help manage complex IT contracts and strengthen the compliance framework for enterprise Supply Chain Execution software. You’ll coordinate with Legal, Privacy & Security teams to align client needs with data protection standards and internal policies.

You’ll support GDPR, data security and regulatory requirements such as the AI Act in a multinational environment. This role offers visibility across stakeholders and a chance to shape governance as a business

Competenze

Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles required.
Experience with governance, risk and compliance in IT or multinational environments.
Experience supporting negotiations and lifecycle management of complex IT contracts.

Mansioni

Coordinate with Legal, Privacy & Security to ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
Support contractual risk assessment and alignment with governance frameworks.
Handle governance improvements and intranets for enterprise IT contracts.
Interact with cross-functional teams to balance legal rigor with business pragmatism.
