Chiesi Research & Development is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional to lead PV OPS activities for interventional clinical trials. Based at the Parma headquarters with a flexible hybrid setup, you will ensure safety data collection, compliance and cross‑functional collaboration across the R&D organization.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 4+ years in pharma/biotech R&D with 3+ years in PV or clinical research, and fluent English for an international environment.

To carry out pharmacovigilance (PV) operations (OPS) activities in interventional clinical trials (CT) sponsored either by GCD or GRD functions by maintaining up-to-date processes for safety-related aspects of interventional clinical trials, to meet current and evolving PV legislation
The position is based at our headquarters in Parma and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
The minimum salary for this role is €46.000, aligned to our established salary framework. The final offer will reflect the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations. This role is eligible toparticipatein an annual bonus scheme, subject to company and individual performance.
