The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality artworks. Responsibilities include creating static illustrations, turning them into motion graphics, and collaborating with marketing teams. Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic designer with motion experience to join our in-house creative studio in the western European marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating strong, compelling artworks and the ability to turn these into motion assets. The candidate needs to have a proven ability to develop high-quality artworks that align with our brand’s identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging in-house produced static illustrations and artworks mainly for digital and social media, and occasionally for print
• Turn statics into motion graphics mainly for social usage
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms
• Manage multiple creation projects simultaneously while meeting delivery deadlines

Requirements

• Proven at least 5 years of experience as an illustrator / graphic designer with ability to turn statics into motion assets
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality static artworks
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of visual composition, color theory, and typography
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media content formats and visual trends
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
