You will design high-impact materials to support property marketing and business development. Strong skills in graphic design and proficiency in both Italian and English are essential. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of design experience and is familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud. This is an on-site position in Milano.

What this job involves :

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing and Communication Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of high-impact materials to support property marketing, business development, with emphasis on presentations, print and digital collaterals, supporting the promotion of our capabilities and listed properties.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and edit a wide range of digital and print collateral such as property marketing collateral, proposals, offering memorandums, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, photo editing, presentation graphics/charts, emails and web/social visuals.
• Execute best-in-class deliverables that meet internal teams’ and clients’ needs and align with creative/brand strategy.
• Act as a steward of our brand and align to the principles and strategy.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, working closely with other marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Stay informed about the latest design software and trends and propose new concepts to enhance our business presentations and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years professional design experience.
• Understanding of project management applications, Digital Asset Management systems, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design application software.
• Technical understanding of design practitioner skills such as graphic design, typography, color theory, DTP, digital-design, video production, etc.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, regional teams, including senior leadership.
• Italian proficiency, professional fluency in English.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate is not required but will be considered a plus.

Education

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
• Portfolio reviews are required.
