The candidate will be supporting one of the two Go to Market fragrance managers on global fragrance & EMEA. It is an opportunity to work in both global and regional challenges.
Role responsibilities:
Global Fragrance scope:
- Create and implement brand strategy by defining the short-term intervention plan and strategic long-term goals for the different fragrance franchises
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (global marketing, regional sales, and visual merchandising) to ensure alignment of activities
- Help prepare presentations, reports and analysis of market trends, competitors, and performance KPIs
- Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
EMEA Region scope:
- Develop market analysis together with regional team to identify issues and business opportunities and constantly monitor the performance of reference brands in collaboration with regional team
- Use analysis carried out by regional team to identify opportunities for brand development in line with business strategies with the supervision of the reference manager
- Ensure the correct positioning of the DG Beauty within the cluster of markets for EMEA region by analyzing market trends and analysis of competition
- Support the regional team with marketing presentations to customers, especially during launches or specific projects
- Help regional team on implementing the strategy defined and orchestrate local launches in collaboration with regional team (Sales team, Trade Marketing, Brand)
- Approve all the trade activation built by regional team including OCD plans, instore activations and permanent projects
Requirements:
- Master or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in global trade marketing or market / regional operational marketing
- Preferable international experience (e.g. Erasmus, Exchange Program)
- Internship experience gained reality beauty and possibly in the category of fragrances, other category is a plus
- Knowledge of brand development plans and how a campaign and/or marketing plan is structured
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular & analytical tools (Cognos, Power BI)
- Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
