Job summary

MSC Technology Italy seeks a Supply Chain Implementation Analyst with proven WMS experience to support the international roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. The role sits at the IT-Operations interface to optimize logistics and warehouse processes across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with IT and operations, contribute to system configuration, testing, UAT, training, and post go-live support, and drive continuous improvement within a cross-functional, international project team.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing WMS and SCM modules.
• Experience rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM internationally.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, and testing.
• Experience in UAT and training end users.
• Knowledge of governance and corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and warehouse processes to implement WMS solutions.
• Support the roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM across international locations.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Contribute to system configuration, integration activities, and functional testing.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Deliver training sessions and provide post go-live support to end users.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the supply chain domain.
• Operate within international, cross-functional project teams.
