Glacier in Italy (Emilia-Romagna) is seeking a Creative Production Specialist to shape our visual identity. You will capture product photos, produce videos, and design engaging graphics for internal and external audiences.

You’ll collaborate across Belgium, France, and Italy, manage shoots, edit images and videos, and ensure consistency with Glacier’s brand standards. A portfolio demonstrating storytelling through images is required.

Competenze

Bachelor's or master's in photography, audiovisual arts, graphic design, or digital media.
Strong photography and image editing skills with a professional portfolio.
Experience in video recording and video editing.
Good sense of graphic design and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
Excellent English; Italian, Dutch or French a plus.
Organizational skills and project management talent.

Mansioni

Plan and organize product shoots across Glacier sites.
Photograph products professionally and edit images to brand standards.
Create videos featuring employees, sites and activities from concept to delivery.
Develop visuals: presentations, infographics, social visuals, templates.
Maintain a central image library and ensure consistent brand presentation.
Collaborate with teams across Belgium, France, Italy.
