A leading life sciences company is seeking a Global Total Rewards Manager based in Verona, Italy. You will oversee global compensation and benefits processes and coordinate various compensation activities. Role: Global Total Rewards Manager, Permanent
Direct Report: SVP Head of Total Rewards
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package, dependent on skills and experience, plus annual bonuses.
Location: Candidates must be based in France, Germany or Italy, with a strong preference for France (Toulouse) or Germany (Hamburg).
Remote Work Flexibility: This role offers partial remote work, available only to candidates residing in the specified countries.
As Global Total Rewards Manager, you will report directly to our SVP Head of Total Rewards based in Verona, Italy. You will be responsible for overseeing global compensation and benefits processes. The design and development of processes and systems, supporting the business in building a greater future.
This role offers some hybrid and office-based with the location you will be based in. There will be some international travel required to suit business needs.
