EY is seeking an experienced Technology Risk Director to join the Global Internal Audit team as an Audit Leader. The role operates at a global executive level, shaping risk management across technology, AI governance, and digital platforms within EY’s worldwide operations.

You will travel internationally and engage senior stakeholders while driving innovation, continuous improvement, and independent audit assurance across IT risk, cybersecurity, and governance domains.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with extensive technology risk and internal audit experience.
• Certifications in Information Security, Microsoft, SAP, AI or related technologies.

Mansioni

• Build technology risk capability and protect core platforms including AI and digital platforms.
• Lead development of technology-focused internal audit plans across digital, cybersecurity, data, and privacy.
• Lead internal audits across IT risk management, cybersecurity, digital compliance and AI governance.
• Assess technology environments and IT general controls for risk-based audit scoping.
• Oversee end-to-end audit delivery with GIA methodology.
• Promote innovation, data analytics, automation and best practices.
• Cultivate relationships with senior management and stakeholders to ensure independence and effective communication.
• Develop high-quality audit reports and ensure alignment with standards.
• Develop and strengthen GIA’s technology audit capabilities through recruitment and coaching.
