The role requires over 8 years of experience in tax strategy within multinational environments and the ability to oversee compliance with international regulations. Required skills include leadership, tax governance, and project management expertise, fluent English and Italian are essential. This full-time position involves interaction with executive leadership and external tax authorities.

Competenze

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in tax strategy, planning, and compliance.
• Specialization in Taxation or International Tax Law preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and executing global tax strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of international tax regulations and OECD/BEPS framework.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Project management expertise leading complex initiatives.
