ABB söker en Global Talent Sourcer som kan identifiera, attrahera och engagera erfarna yrkesverksamma över våra globala affärsområden. Du samarbetar nära HR-ledare, Talent Partners och Hiring Managers för att bygga en stark kandidatbas och säkerställa en diversifierad och framtidsinriktad arbetsstyrka.

Rollen rapporterar till Global Head of Executive Search and Talent Sourcing och är föreslagen att vara baserad i Europa med hybrid arbetsmodell, beroende på lokala regler.

Competenze

• 5+ års erfarenhet av sökande inom search-firmor och/eller globala multinationella organisationer.
• Erfarenhet av att hitta kandidater i komplexa, matrixorganisationer, gärna inom högteknologiska eller industriella sektorer.
• Bred s sourcingförmåga inklusive engagemang av passiva kandidater, marknadsanalys och talent intelligence.
• Förmåga att hantera flera sökningar över olika funktioner, geografi och affärsenheter.
• Goda kommunikations- och intressenthanteringsfärdigheter, samt vana vid ett agilt, mätstyrt arbetssätt.

• Aktorisera som betrott rådgivare till rekryteringsledare och HR-partners med insikter i erfarna rekryteringsrutiner.
• Hantera proaktiv identifiering, engagemang och shortlistning för erfarennivåer över flera regioner.
• Utveckla och genomföra riktade sourcing-strategier för att hitta och engagera högkvalificerade kandidater, med fokus på passiv talang.
• Genomföra talent mapping och benchmarking för att analysera externt talent-marknad.
• Bygga och underhålla en robust pipeline av kvalificerade kandidater för återkommande och svårt att tillsätta roller.
• Leverera en högkvalitativ kandidatupplevelse och goda intressentrelationer genom en sömlös rekryteringsprocess.

Your role and responsibilities

The ABB Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a skilled Global Talent Sourcer to identify, attract and engage with experienced professionals across our global business. In this key role, you will partner directly with HR leaders, Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to attract best-in-class talent across functions and geographies, ensuring ABB continues to build an impactful, diverse, and future-ready workforce. This role will report to the Global Head of Executive Search and Talent Sourcing. Work model: This role will preferably be based in Europe, in proximity to an ABB Office, and will follow a hybrid work model – subject to alignment with local employment regulations. #LI-hybrid

Your will be mainly accountable for

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners, providing insightsand guidance on experienced hire sourcing.
• Manage proactive identification, engagement and short-listing for experienced-level rolesacross multiple regions and business areas.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-qualitycandidates, with a focus on passive talent.
• Conduct talent mapping and benchmarking to analyze the external talent market, evaluating companies, skills, and geographic trends to inform hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fillroles.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring timely communicationand a seamless recruitment process.
• Engage with ABB's Global Sourcing Community of Practice, contributing to the exchangeof best practices, market insights, and the latest trends in sourcing across regions andbusiness areas.

Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of sourcing experience developed within search firms and/or global multinationalorganizations.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing experienced profiles in complex, matrixed, and globalorganizations ideally within high-tech or industrial sectors.
• Broad sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement, market research, andtalent intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions, geographies, and businessunits.
• Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establishtrust at all levels.
• Experience working in an agile, metrics-driven environment with a focus on quality, speed,and candidate experience.
• Extensive experience with global recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter,ATS, CRM).
