LivaNova seeks a Senior Director of R&D Portfolio and Program Management to lead the CP R&D capital equipment projects and the medical product development portfolio across global sites, including Munich, Mirandola, and Milan.

In this role you will chair the Portfolio Review Committee, drive governance, prioritization, budgets, milestones, and Stage Gate deliverables, and develop executive dashboards for leadership updates.

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading complex R&D programs and PMO functions in MedTech or regulated industries.
• Proven track record in portfolio governance and cross-functional execution across global teams.
• Strong leadership of large teams at Director level and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Chair the Portfolio Review Committee (PRC) governance meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Lead portfolio planning, scheduling, budgeting, milestones, Stage Gate deliverables, and risk management.
• Develop executive dashboards and decision materials for leadership reviews and portfolio updates.
• Ensure regulatory and quality alignment across programs and cross-functional partners.
