Hexagon Geosystems seeks a Global Quality & HSE Specialist to shape and implement global frameworks across Quality Management, Business Excellence and HSE. You will support international entities in translating global requirements into practical local processes, and contribute to building robust, compliant processes within evolving Health & Safety practices.

The role involves coordinating ISO-related activities across entities, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders

Competenze

• Experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, Process Management, HSE or a related field.
• Good understanding of management systems; practical knowledge of ISO 9001 is valuable.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating or implementing processes across teams or entities.
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders and navigating local requirements.

This is you

• Experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, Process Management, HSE or a related field
• Good understanding of management systems and quality-related processes; practical knowledge of ISO 9001 is particularly valuable
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is an advantage
• Experience defining, coordinating or implementing processes across different teams or entities
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders and navigating different local requirements
• Structured and organised, with a practical and solution-oriented way of working
• Curious and eager to learn, with the confidence to question existing processes and suggest improvements
• Able to take ownership and work independently while contributing to a collaborative global team
• Flexible and comfortable working in an evolving environment where not every process is fully established yet
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
