Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in luxury fashion PR with international media networks, outstanding English and Italian, and a hands-on, collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams.

Global Public Relations Manager – Taller Marmo•Ficarazzelli-Bagni Italia, IT

We are looking for an experienced Global Public Relations Manager to join our growing luxury womenswear brand and support the development and execution of our global PR and communications activities. This is a Manager-level position, suited to a PR professional with approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, with an established network across Italian and international fashion media and international VIP stylists. Please note: this is a Manager-level role and is not intended for Director, Head of PR, or senior functional leadership profiles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and execution of global PR plans in line with the brand's positioning, seasonal priorities and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong, day-to-day relationships with Italian and international fashion editors, journalists and media
• Develop and manage relationships with international VIP stylists and celebrity fashion teams, supporting product placements and dressing opportunities
• Coordinate press activities including fashion shows, presentations, events, product launches, press days and showroom appointments
• Proactively manage international media outreach and follow-up to generate relevant editorial coverage across key markets
• Coordinate seasonal press and sample activities, ensuring efficient and timely management of requests and product placements
• Support celebrity and VIP dressing activities in line with brand image and seasonal priorities
• Identify relevant media, stylist and industry opportunities to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships in priority markets
• Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, E‑commerce, Sales and Creative teams to ensure alignment across communications activities
• Coordinate the development and distribution of press materials, brand presentations, media kits and other communication assets
• Monitor media coverage, relevant industry developments and competitive activity, sharing insights with the wider team
• Manage assigned PR projects, timelines and budgets, working with external agencies and partners where applicable
• Contribute to the development of junior team members and collaborate effectively within the PR and wider brand team

REQUIREMENTS

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in PR and communications, ideally within luxury fashion or a premium fashion/lifestyle environment
• Established and demonstrable relationships with Italian and international xysqume fashion media
• Established relationships with international VIP stylists, celebrity stylists and/or relevant celebrity fashion teams
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion PR, media relations and brand positioning
• A hands‑on approach, with the ability to independently manage projects and relationships from briefing through execution
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with an existing international network
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced international environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant PR/media monitoring and reporting tools
• Genuine passion for luxury fashion, contemporary culture and the international fashion industry
