This Position reports to: Global Product Marketing Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will defines and implements the marketing strategy for the assigned portfolio, following the Business Line strategy. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration among main internal stakeholders, in particular PMM and PMS community, and Sales teams in the countries.

In addition, you will designs and manages the marketing and sales action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets profitably and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for

  • Creating and executing marketing and communication strategies, aligning with Business Line goals, budget, and go-to-market plans.
  • Defining targets and guiding launches, including Sales objectives, product positioning, and acting as Launch Owner for critical initiatives.
  • Activating market intelligence and analysis, identifying trends, strategic segments, and opportunities to support business development.
  • Strengthening brand visibility and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with global teams, supporting local Sales, and leading KPI-driven marketing plans.
Qualifications for the Role
  • Bachelor's or preferably master's degree in engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in global and complex organizations.
  • Proven experience in the Electric Mobility segment is preferred, and in general, in the electrification of the building industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, virtual teams, and complex stakeholder networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated experience working with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and fluent in the digital world. Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
