Avolta is seeking a Global Data Scientist to lead pricing and revenue optimization across 5,500+ locations. This hands-on role blends model building, production code, and strategic mentorship, with hybrid work in Madrid or Milan.

You will develop economic models, deploy scalable ML systems, and communicate insights to commercial teams and executives, driving billions in revenue impact.

Competenze

• MS or PhD in quantitative field (CS/Stats/OR/Applied Math) or equivalent depth with 8+ years experience.
• Expert-level Python for data science with production-quality coding.
• Advanced SQL on large datasets (CTEs, window functions).
• Strong foundation in statistics and econometrics: regression, causal inference, time series.

• Develop price elasticity models to estimate demand across SKU-category-location levels.
• Build dynamic pricing algorithms for near real-time optimization.
• Create price architecture frameworks using clustering and segmentation.
• Design margin optimization models balancing volume and profitability.
