Chiesi seeks a Post Marketing Manager for GRAPS Patient Safety Operations in Parma. You will support the Safety Operations PM Head, oversee data collection and quality, and ensure timely post-marketing safety reporting to agencies while engaging cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will lead expert activities, train staff and vendors, manage PV operations documentation, and participate in audits, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation package in Italy.

Competenze

• Experience in pharmacovigilance operations within pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and post-marketing safety processes.
• Experience with data collection, quality, compliance and timely reporting.

Mansioni

• Support the GRAPS Safety Operations PM Head to embed requirements into processes and procedures.
• Coordinate data collection in line with safety strategy and ensure timely, accurate reporting to agencies.
• Oversee evaluation of literature to identify safety reports and supervise PV operation documents.
• Interact with CROs, vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and quality.
