Job summary

NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, seeks a dedicated International Partnerships & Strategic Business Specialist to join the IP team in Milan. You will report to the Senior Manager and help develop collaborations with universities and institutions worldwide, supporting international certificate programmes and learning materials.

You will monitor enrolments, prepare dashboards, coordinate certification processes, and assist with stakeholder engagement, travel, and events to advance NABA's global

Responsibilities

• Monitor enrolment figures on the online platform against targets and identify improvements.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on student enrolment, progress, completion, and satisfaction.
• Support certification by monitoring graduate reports and issuing final certificates to partner campuses.
• Help update digital course materials for design courses in the International Certificate Programmes.
• Act as the operational reference for partner campus coordinators and coordinate onboarding and training.
• Support tutoring and day-to-day activities across the IP department, including administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Assist with webinars, meetings, and other project activities and ensure accurate, professional materials.
