Crucially, you'll also foster strong collaboration with our Operations (Delivery) teams to ensure seamless execution from order to cash.

  • Process Optimization & Standardization: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, repeatable, and world‑class OTC processes. Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve cash flow.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5‑10 OTC professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations (Delivery) to ensure seamless cross‑functional operations and alignment on OTC strategies.
  • Technology & Systems Leverage: Collaborate with IT to optimize the use of existing systems and identify opportunities for new technologies to improve OTC processes and reporting.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the OTC cycle, providing regular reporting and insights to the CFO and other senior leaders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the OTC process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience throughout the billing and collections process.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of establishing and enhancing world‑class, repeatable processes, ideally within a shared services environment.

As well as:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7‑10 years of progressive experience in Order to Cash operations, with at least 3‑5 years in a leadership role managing teams of 5‑10 people.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end OTC processes in a shared services environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of world‑class, repeatable OTC processes and best practices.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement certifications are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in OTC‑related technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with Operations (Delivery).
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence cross‑functional teams.
