Competenze

• Advanced degree in life sciences preferred (MD/PhD/PharmD/MSc).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical companies.
• Knowledge of scientific congress landscape, peer‑reviewed journals, publication ethics and compliance standards.
• Strong strategic thinking to translate data into publication plans.
• Excellent understanding of clinical development and evidence generation.
• Ability to balance scientific rigor with strategic business needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Project management capability with attention to detail and timelines.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience in Global Medical Affairs; exposure to respiratory area preferred.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the global publication strategy and integrated plans for each study.
• Identify target international congresses and coordinate abstracts with affiliates.
• Oversee manuscript strategy, submission, revision, and publication processes.
• Manage relationships with external medical writers and publication vendors where applicable.
